Context Menus-tab allows you to customize the visibility of context menu-items for the scan user.
The administrator allows you to enable or disable specific items per scan profile. For example, disabling the Email-feature for scan users may be necessary in case of dealing with sensitive data.
The following three context menus can be modified.
Thumbnail: The right-click menu per page in the thumbnail preview.
Document: The right-click menu on the document separator.
Preview: The right-click menu on the main window (on the scanned image).
In the top left you’ll find the Context Menu Selection-combo box, which allows you to chose which context menu you wish to change for the currently chosen profile.

Print scale to page size | If enabled, the print Dialog try to scale up the Page to the actual Papersize. e.g. when having A6 as Imageformat and the Papersize is A4, it will try to size up A6 to Fullpage A4. This scenario is especially useful when printing multiple Documents on one Page (like 4x A6 on a A4 Page). | Not ticked |
