Within the mail tab, you may define the parameters necessary for KGS ScanServer in order to send emails to users/mailboxes in case of errors.

Here you may enter the SMTP host, which will be used in order to send mails

MailSMTPPort

Here you may enter the port of the SMTP server used for sending mails.

MailUser

Text

Please enter here the name of the user which will be used in order to connect to the SMTP host.

MailPassword

You may enter here the password associated with the user used on the SMTP host.

UseTLS

Checkbox

When checked/enabled transport layer security (SSL) will be used.

MailRecipient

Text

Here you may enter the recipient of the mails.

SendErrorMailAfterDays

Text

Here you may define an interval in days before a status mail will be send.

Transfers will be checked every ten minutes. In case a transfer reaches error state and is older than the configured days, a mail will be send.

Please note: A value of '0' will deactivate the sending of mails!
