Installation SPFX-SharePoint App (SPC)

The SharePoint Front-end Extension (SPFX) is installed via SharePoint Admin Center.

Open

Manage Application in SharePoint Admin Center

1. Select the Open button for topic Apps, then in navigation bar Manage Apps

2. Select Upload and select the delivered sppkg file.

Open

3. Next, Sharepoint requires to know, how to activate the tia® Connect app:

   • Activate only this App: The app will be available on My Apps for the web site owner, but not added automatically. See Installation SPFX-SharePoint App (SPC) | Adding SPFX Sharepoint App manually to web site.

   • Activate this App and add to all web sites: The app is activated and added to all web sites by default.

4. Grant tia® Connect Directory.Read.All access to Microsoft Graph API.

 5. Move to the API Access page and check Directory.Read.All access has been granted as seen below.

Add Connector-Config Site

1. Go to Home

2. Click on New and select Page.

3. Click on Apps and select the template tiaConfigPage.

4. Fill in the form:

   • Title: tia Config

   • List Name: KGSAppConfig

   • Top Item Config List: Main App Configuration

Adding SPFX-Sharepoint App manually to web site

The following must be executed by the web site owner.

1. Open the Settings by click at gear icon ( ⚙ ) of the SharePoint web site

2. Click Add an app link.

3. Select the app kgs-tia-sp-connector-client-side-solution.

Open

4. Click Request it button.

SharePoint Site Customizing

When opening a SharePoint library after activation of the SPFX SharePoint app for the first time, SharePoint will ask for the flow URLs,

The URLs of the flows to be added, can be found in Power Automate Workbench > Solutions > tia Connect

Copy the URLs for Archive, Share, Update, Delete, while NOT of the Auto Archiver.
