Installation Power Automate Solution (SPC)
The Power Automate Solution comes as two installation packages:
the Custom Connector:
tiaConnectCustomConnector_<Version>.zip
the Power Automate Flow:
tiaConnect_<version>_managed.zip
Before you begin…
Make sure all required app registrations have been set up using Azure Portal, see Required App Registrations .
These informations are required during the installation process. Make sure to have them available when continuing with the installation.

Installation of the Customer Connector
When there are multiple SharePoint tenants, an instance of tia Connect, and therefore a Custom Connector as well have to be installed for each.
Choose an environment for tia Connect and then select Solutions > Import solution.
A dialog box as displayed above opens.
Choose Browse and select the tia® Connect Custom Connector installation package:
tiaConnectCustomConnector_<Version>.zip
Review the information displayed and click Next.
Power Automate installs the package.
Select the new solution and select Edit.

On tab 1. General enter as Host the network address of the tia® SharePoint Connect and
/
(forward slash) as the Base URL.On tab 2. Security select Authentication type
OAuth 2.0
.
Then select Identity Provider Generic Oauth 2
.
Configure the other settings according to the app registrations for communication with tia® Connect. See Required App Registrations | App Registrations for communication with tia Connect via the Custom Connector.
Then click on the Copy button of the Redirect URL.
Open the Azure Portal and paste the copied URL in the App Registration under Authentication > Web Redirect URIs.
In Power Automate Workbench now advance to tab 6. Test click New connection.
Click the Refresh button.
In case the setup was successful, the new created connection is visible in the dropdown menu of Selected connection.
Install Power Automate Flow
Choose an environment for tia® Connect and then select Solutions > Import solution.
A dialog box as displayed above opens.
Choose Browse and select the tia® Connect Managed installation package:
tiaConnect_<version>_managed.zip
Review the information displayed and click Next.
The dialog box advances to Connections configuration.
Create or select the required connections.
When creating a new connection, enter in both fields the SharePoint URL https://<yourSite>.sharepoint.com
in the popup dialog and click Sign in.
Continue when all connections have a (green checkmark).
Click Next.
Power Automate installs the package.
The following status message appears: 5 environment variables need to be updated.
Click the link in the status message and enter the variables as gathered in step A. before installation.
