tia® Connect SharePoint (core)

tia® SharePoint Connector solution integrates Microsoft SharePoint Online (starting point for general overview: SharePoint documentation ) and tia® Content Server CMIS (for general overview see: tia® Content Server (core)).

Documents stored in SharePoint can be created and updated in the archive. At deletion attempt, retention times are checked and assured.

With tia® SharePoint Connector, it is possible to build an archive environment that meets legal hold requirements.

tia® SharePoint Connector solution consists of the following components:

• SPFX Front-End: As Custom SharePoint application, this is the user interface for the solution

• Power Automate Flows: Implements the interaction between SharePoint and tia® Connect

• tia® Connect: Translates between Sharepoint and CMIS protocol. This is a container deployment for cloud or on-premise installation.
