Reason: This document is already in edit mode by another user and the KGS Viewer is locking the document to protect the annotation saving.

 

Solution: If the document is for a longer period in a lock, please check your lock service configuration. You can find this configuration under OSGI → Configuration → Lock Service

The parameter LockExperiation sets the period for the lock.
