Invalid Token Parameter

Problem

You receive the message "Invalid Token Parameter" when opening a document with H5 Viewer:

Cause

Change of token secret either in SAP or in H5 Viewer

Solution

Check the SAP customizing setting for the H5 Viewer with transaction /KGS1/VIEWER_PARAM
for the parameter Token Password. This must be identical with the assigned password in your H5 Viewer configuration.

Open

OSGI → Configuration → ViewerConfig

Open the ViewerConfig

Set or assign the same password for both SAP customizing and H5 Viewer.

Save your settings. Now the error message should no longer appear and the document should load in H5 Viewer.
