KGS DocumentRouter / KGS ScanClient with KGS ZADOC

KGS DocumentRouter / KGS ScanClient requires a SYSTEM USER ID with credentials that contain the following permissions (please also note TA SU21):

  1. S_RFC



    1. Field RFC_NAME = /KGS1/ZADOC_SUPPORT, ALINK_BARCODE_BDS, BARCODE, OA01, OPTB, OPTD, RFC1, RFC_METADATA, SDIFRUNTIME, SYST, SYSU, Z_KGS_DOCUMENT_ROUTER

    2. Field RFC_TYPE = FUGR

    3. Field ACTVT = 16

  2. S_WFAR_OBJ



    1. Field OAARCHIV = List of repositories, with which DocumentRouter / ScanClient shall work.

    2. Field OAOBJEKTE = List of SAP business objects for which DocumentRouter / ScanClient shall generate ArchiveLink links.

    3. Field OADOKUMENT = List of document types, for which links hall be generated.

    4. Field ACTVT = 01, 02, 70

  3. ZADOC_PERM



    1. Field ACTVT = *

    2. Field WERKS = *

    3. Field VKORG = *

    4. Field /KGS1/DTYP = List of ZADOC document types, which shall be handled by DocumentRouter / ScanClient.

Additional notes:

  • The provided values in these examples are the absolut minimum

  • Depending on the DR-function module additional permissions might be required. In order to check the set permissions please start the function module SE37 manually and check the required permissions by using the function module SU53.
