Enable Protocol

Allows you to enable or disable the Protocol Writer.

If enabled, the service uses the protocol writer plugin for logging.

Protocol Alias

Allows you to configure an alias which will be used while logging requests via Protocol Writer.

Please note: It’s good practice to name a protocol alias the same as the instance that is creating it, so it’s easier to find the documents that have been processed by that instance.
