The SharePoint Front-end Extension (SPFX) is installed via SharePoint Admin Center.

Manage Application in SharePoint Admin Center

  1. Select the Open button for topic Apps, then in navigation bar Manage Apps

  1. Select Upload and select the delivered sppkg file.

The file is uploaded.

In case, it had been uploaded before, SharePoint Admin Center will ask how to handle both versions: Select Replace to use the just uploaded version.

  1. Next, Sharepoint requires to know, how to activate the tia® Connect app:

Choose depending business requirements.

  1. Grant tia® Connect Directory.Read.All access to Microsoft Graph API.

 5. Move to the API Access page and check Directory.Read.All access has been granted as seen below.

Add Connector-Config Site

  1. Go to Home

  1. Click on New and select Page.

The dialog Page templates is shown.

  1. Click on Apps and select the template tiaConfigPage.

The application page opens.

  1. Fill in the form:

    • Title: tia Config

    • List Name: KGSAppConfig

    • Top Item Config List: Main App Configuration

Then click Save

Adding SPFX-Sharepoint App manually to web site

The following must be executed by the web site owner.

  1. Open the Settings by click at gear icon ( ⚙ ) of the SharePoint web site

  2. Click Add an app link.

  1. Select the app kgs-tia-sp-connector-client-side-solution.

  1. Click Request it button.

SharePoint Site Customizing

When opening a SharePoint library after activation of the SPFX SharePoint app for the first time, SharePoint will ask for the flow URLs,

You will find the URL from the solution tia Connect. In the solution, click on flows and then edit in new tab. You need the URLs from Archive, Share, Update, Delete but not from Auto Archiver.

In the flow click on manual and copy the shown url:
