Context Menus-tab allows you to customize the visibility of context menu-items for the scan user. The administrator allows you to enable or disable specific items per scan profile. For example, disabling the Email-feature for scan users may be necessary in case of dealing with sensitive data. The following three context menus can be modified. Thumbnail: The right-click menu per page in the thumbnail preview. Document: The right-click menu on the document separator. Preview: The right-click menu on the main window (on the scanned image).
In the top left you’ll find the Context Menu Selection-combo box, which allows you to chose which context menu you wish to change for the currently chosen profile. Highlighted “Context Menu Selection”-combo box in “Context Menus”-options. |
