Please note: In order to use the SAP NCo-library in a Microsoft Windows environment it's necessary to provide Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 or newer. SAP NCO 3.1 is actually not supported by tia® Scan
Install SAP NCo library
Please copy the rscp4n.dll, sapnco.dll and the sapnco_utils.dll in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\KGS\KGS Scan
If you are using SAP (e.g. Indexvalues) and the corresponding libraries are missing, you receive the following error message:
