Exporter: SAP Export (OLE)

When using the SAP Export OLE, KGS ScanClient will use the integrated OLE bridge in order to connect to the SAP system (which has to be configured) and perform the export.

There are two different scenarios:

  • KGS Scan is called directly from within SAP and the profile will be named according to the scheme <ContentRepository>_<FileFormat>. After a valid call from SAP with the corresponding content repository, KGS ScanClient will store the documents in SAP or via the specified content server.

  • KGS Scan is already opened and the scanning will take place based on any desired profile (for which SAP has been set as the export type) and scanning is commenced via SAP.

Depending on the format you choose for the export you might have additional options.
