H5 Viewer: Additional configuration on client-side in order to print Unicode characters
H5 Viewer is capable to display a wide variety of characters and symbols used in many countries, but due to the fact, that the printing of a document is done locally on the client-side, the following has to be done.
Please open the Windows Settings on the client and click on the Apps-menu item.

Within the next menu please click on the highlighted link Manage optional features.

This will lead you to the Manage optional features-menu. Please click on the button Add a feature.

Within the Add a feature-menu you may select the fonts suitable for your needs (e.g.: in case you require to be able to print Chinese characters you could install “Chinese (Simplified) Supplemental Fonts” and “Chinese (Traditional) Supplemental Fonts“).
After doing this step your client is able to print documents that include the fonts you installed.
