kgs prepares its software products on a software hub, called Nexus.

A company-account is required to log in to Nexus. Depending on access rights, folders shown in screenshots below may not be visible.

Downloading software in web browser

 

Logging in to Nexus

  1. Use the browser access link in the table above to open the Nexus web site:

  1. In the top-right corner find the person icon and click it to sign in.
    Nexus now asks for user name and password.

  2. Provide user name and password to login in.

 

Browsing data folders

  1. Click the Browse button to view the directory tree.

docker-hosted

The download paths in here contain information about the image files to be downloaded by the Container-Runtime-Environment.

helm-hosted

Here archives with Helm charts can be downloaded. These can be used as templates for complex custom cload deployments.

raw-hosted

This folder is for data that can be used without Container access, as downloads of tia Scan software or classic software for deployment on web-application-server (so called WAR-deployments), and more.

 

Downloading from raw-hosted and helm-hosted folders

  1. Select raw-hosted (respective helm-hosted) folder

  1. Navigate in the treeview to the desired download item by clicking at the + (plus sign).

  2. Select the item by clicking it.

    At the right-side of the browser window, an information array appears.

  3. Click the link labelled Path and the download starts.
