Starting with version 2.10.x.x tia® Scan the directories for the logs as well as the Transfer Service have been changed. You may find the log file now here: C:\Users\<User which used tia® Scan>\AppData\Roaming\KGS Scan\KGS Scan Application.log The documents which are being handeld by the Transfer Service may now be found here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\KGS Scan\Transfer |
