The licenses page can be reached by clicking on the Licenses-menu within the Administration-menu on the left-hand side. The Licenses-page will list all workstation which had been connected at least once to KGS ScanServer. Each row represents a workstation, hence licensing is not focused on a user level, but on workstation level. The Licenses-page will provide you with the following information. Column name | Description |

Id | A unique Id representing a workstation that is or was connected to KGS ScanServer. | User | The name of the user, who has been connected with this workstation lastly. | Workstation | The name of the workstation. | Last Login | The timestamp of the last login. | IP | The IP v4 address of the workstation. | Site Code | The site code is a unique key, which represents this specific workstation. | Status | The current license status of the workstation. The following a possible: A tick within a green circle: The workstation is allowed to retrieve its license from the licensing pool. A cross within a red circle: The workstation has been blocked and will not be able to retrieve a KGS Scan license from the licensing pool anymore.
